This course focuses on the development of leadership skills used in managing a successful business. Students will analyze the role of a leader in business, with a focus on decision-making, management of group dynamics, workplace stress and conflict, motivation of employees, and planning. Effective business communication skills, ethics, and social responsibility are also emphasized. Prerequisite: None

Your enrollment in our self-paced online high school course is the beginning of a rewarding experience. Our accredited courses, supported by Ontario Certified Teachers (OCTs), ensure a guided and successful learning journey. Your assigned OCT will be a valuable resource, providing support throughout your courses.
1. Sign up for any our of self-paced courses.
2. Download and complete this Registration Form. Send the completed form along with a valid government photo ID and your most recent transcript within 2 weeks to admins@pathways4u.com
3. Familiarize yourself with Pathway’s Online Learning System and School Policies.
4. Start learning! Remember that consistent engagement is crucial, logging in at least
three (3) days per week.
