CHV2O - Gr.10 Civics and Citizenship
This course delves into the rights and duties linked to being an engaged citizen in a democratic setting. During this program, students will investigate significant civic topics such as promoting wellness in schools, urban development, environmental stewardship, and the impact of social media. They will enhance their comprehension of civic involvement and governmental systems within their local, national, or global surroundings. Additionally, students will be prompted to employ political analysis as they scrutinize and articulate well-informed viewpoints on various political matters.
This is a 0.5 credit.

Your enrollment in our self-paced online high school course is the beginning of a rewarding experience. Our accredited courses, supported by Ontario Certified Teachers (OCTs), ensure a guided and successful learning journey. Your assigned OCT will be a valuable resource, providing support throughout your courses.
1. Sign up for any our of self-paced courses.
2. Download and complete this Registration Form. Send the completed form along with a valid government photo ID and your most recent transcript within 2 weeks to admins@pathways4u.com
3. Familiarize yourself with Pathway’s Online Learning System and School Policies.
4. Start learning! Remember that consistent engagement is crucial, logging in at least
three (3) days per week.
