Grade 11 Workplace English is designed to support students in developing essential literacy and communication skills required for success in workplace and everyday contexts. Through the study of a variety of texts – including informational, graphic and literacy works from both Canadian and international sources – students will examine content, structure and stylistic elements. The course also emphasises the precise and effective use of language through the production of oral, written and media texts in a range of practical formats.

*According to Ministry regulations, Pathways Educational Services Inc requires students to be enrolled for a minimum of 14 days to qualify for a midterm report card, and a minimum of 28 days to qualify for a final report card.

Your enrollment in our self-paced online high school course is the beginning of a rewarding experience. Our accredited courses, supported by Ontario Certified Teachers (OCTs), ensure a guided and successful learning journey. Your assigned OCT will be a valuable resource, providing support throughout your courses.
1. Sign up for any our of self-paced courses.
2. Download and complete this Registration Form. Send the completed form along with a valid government photo ID and your most recent transcript within 2 weeks to admins@pathways4u.com
3. Familiarize yourself with Pathway’s Online Learning System and School Policies.
4. Start learning! Remember that consistent engagement is crucial, logging in at least
three (3) days per week.
